Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international Non-Governmental Organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles — independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency — has defined its identity for over 40 years.
Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, especially during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters..
Action Against Hunger structures its programs around seven areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health and Psychosocial Support – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy – Climate – Research, Analysis and Learning.

ACF has been operational Yemen since 2012. ACF Yemen is currently operational in Hodeida, Aden, Hajjah, Lahj, Abyan and Al Khokha Governorates and it is working on the expansion of its response both in the North and South. ACF has been implementing its humanitarian response in Yemen addressing Nutrition & Health, WASH, MHCP and FSL. As of December 2025, ACF's team is running operations of approximatively 8.5 million EUR coming from different institutional donors and internal ACF funds and is strongly involved in the coordination mechanisms in Yemen.
ACF Yemen is a medium sized mission with 5 international staff and 80 national staffs based in Sanaa, Hodeidah, and Aden. The security situation is volatile: active frontlines in Hodeidah and Hajjah Governorates; an uncertain political situation in Aden coupled with social and economical degradation ravaging the whole country. The country office has furnished accommodation facilities in Sana'a and Aden, complete with an equipped gym, and leisure area with cable TV. Social gatherings with other organizations are possible on regular basis.

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director - Programs, the Grants & Partnership HoD is responsible for designing and implementing the organization’s resource mobilization and partnership strategy. He/she leads the identification, negotiation, and management of grants and strategic partnerships to ensure the sustainability and impact of ACF programming in Yemen.
Your missions will be to :
- Contribute to ACF-Yemen strategy development
- Oversee Grant Portfolio Management and Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Implement and Manage Operational Partnerships with ACF Field Partners
- Strengthen internal capacities on partnership oversight, grant management and donor compliance

Yemen is a fairly tough context and we expect the candidate to be able to work within a diverse team, adaptable and autonomous.
